Logistics Centre Costing €2 million to Be Built in Kechnec Industrial Park

Kechnec, April 26 (TASR) - A logistics centre should be built in Kechnec industrial park in the district of Kosice-okolie, with the cost of its construction estimated at about €2 million, according to a plan recently submitted for an environmental impact assessment (EIA) by a company called Kiss Develop. "The purpose is to build storage premises for individual tenants who need to use such premises," states the plan. The logistics centre should be comprised of two separate buildings. The two halls should be built on an area of more than 19,600 square metres in total. Twenty parking spaces for cars should be available. Parking for lorries in the area isn't being considered. Kiss Develop expects a maximum of 26 white-collar employees and 28 workers operating the logistics centre itself to work there. ko/df
