Sakova Replaces Management in MH Manazment and MH Teplarensky Holding

Bratislava, April 17 (TASR) - Jan Kluch has become the new chair of the board of MH Manazment, while Miroslav Kavula has been appointed the new chair of the board of MH Teplarensky Holding, the Economy Ministry reported on its website. Economy Minister Denisa Sakova (Voice-SD) appointed Kluch to his post on Friday, April 12. In the past, he used to serve as the Interior Ministry's director of the budgetary and finance department and the investment auditor in Enel. Kavula took over his new post as of April 13. Previously, he held the position of executive director for innovations in MPconnect. Sakova announced her intent to dismiss the previous management of MH TH back in March 2024. She criticised it for turning down the acquisition of several town heating companies that have fallen into the hands of a foreign investor and an overpriced tender on two turbines for a heating facility in Zilina. mf/mcs
