SNS Calls on RTVS Head Machaj to Comment on His Asset Declaration

Bratislava, March 28 (TASR) - The Slovak National Party (SNS) is calling on general director of public-service broadcaster RTVS Lubos Machaj to immediately explain to the public the errors in his property declaration, SNS spokeswoman Zuzana Skopcova told TASR on Thursday, adding that SNS will also turn to the relevant House committee in this regard. "We believe that the liabilities lack a precise specification of the debts that Mr. Machaj as a person has. In our opinion, the property declaration is incomplete and we'll therefore submit a complaint to the relevant parliamentary committee for review," said the SNS spokeswoman. At the same time, SNS is calling on Machaj to dismiss Miriam Kittler from the post of managing director of Media RTVS, pointing to a possible conflict of interests arising from Kittler's involvement in various media companies with the same subject of activity. am/mcs
