Premier Pellegrini to Visit Serbia and Flesh Out Debt Settlement

Bratislava, May 21 (TASR) - Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini (Smer-SD) is slated to make an official visit to Serbia on May 23, during which an intergovernmental agreement on the settlement of Serbian debt towards Slovakia is likely to be signed, the Government decided at its session on Tuesday. "The talks will focus on bilateral Slovak-Serbian ties, economic and developmental co-operation, with an emphasis on digitisation, innovations, the European integration of Serbia and international affairs," stated the Foreign and European Affairs Ministry. The visit will take place at the invitation of Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and follows up on her own visit to Slovakia in December 2018. mf/mcs
