Jan Palffy Has Become Administration Board Chair

Bratislava, March 15 (TASR) - The Administration Board of the Nation's Memory Institute (UPN) has elected Jan Palffy to the post of UPN Administration Board chair on Friday, TASR learnt from UPN spokesman Jergus Sivos. Jan Palffy graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University (UK) in Bratislava (history, archival science, auxiliary sciences in history) and Faculty of Architecture of Slovak University of Technology (STU) in Bratislava. He has worked in the academic sphere, public sector and state administration. Palffy has been a spokesman for UPN since 2009. In 2016, Parliament elected him as a member of the UPN Administration Board, and since 2018 he has been the vice-chair of the UPN Administration Board. am
